I have the final chapters of my fic The Unforgiven all planned out, but have yet to sit down and actually write them. Its really hard to get motivated to do it, because I'm writing an orginal story right now so whenever I have spare time thats what I want to spend it on.
My other little fic thats on there, about a cop, I think I'm going to take down because I'm never going to get around to finishing it, and its too hard to write the cop pov.
And my other planned fic about Dallas and Sylvia...nevermind I'll probably never get around to that either lol.

I was moping around hissing at all my fic ideas after finishing HBD (my long-term fic). I wrote a really gross one-shot sequel to it but it's not postworthy. The fic's been on-going for about five years so I felt a little lost without it, lol. Hard to let go. Good thing we had that Two-Bit challenge - perked me up reading and writing with all the hilarity. I was planning a Dally/Sylvia too! But, it has no plot, zip, nada, nothing whatsoever. Just a bunch of quotes from them two that I think are funny. I also planned a Tim background fic, but, again, no plot, and a severe lack of originality on that one. Or a Johnny. Okay, I've got nothing, lol. Plus, Nano is coming up and I've made a bet with a couple of my friends as to who is going to drop out first. Loser picks up our pub tab (we take things seriously). There's NO WAY I'm doing that, so, any fic I start now would be taking a month-long break in November. I think I'll just wait on the September challenge.

My Dallas/Sylvia fic is actually all planned out - it has subplots even. I have another idea for a supernatural/horror type story - The Outsiders section needs more ghost stories dont' you think? I definately have more ideas than time lol.

Wow. I feel behind! My Outsiders fic Let It Die is like a day to day thing and I kind of run on inspiration for it. Maybe I should plan it out......Yeah, I think I should. And then my Covenant fic, Take Cover, is really on it's way. But I have to sit down and write the next chapter. But school starts tomorrow AHHH!

I'm undecided as of yet on the fate of my story: I dislike it and find more problems with it everytime I read it over. Should I just take it down and start from scratch? Should I edit and change everything with the same basic premise? Should I drastically change the direction its heading?
I just don't know.

I'm still in the midst of the Two-Bit challange story. I thought I didn't have a good thing going at first but when I went back and re-read it, it's really not so bad. Like alot of you, I have the ideas but not the time. Lucky for me I only have another week or so to post it so that's motivation. Should be fun!
Beyond that, I have been working on an original thing which is pretty exciting cuz I'm re-working it and coming up with ideas and stuff and that makes me happy. ;D
Can't wait to read the Triangle sequel. That'll be good times!

I've managed to finish Let It Be, and the sequel Don't Bring Me Down so far, and am 10 chapters into the last part of the trilogy, No Sugar Tonight.
-drops over-
Thank goodness I have a job that allows for time to write when I'm not called out of the office. I'm working on the idea for my next fic, but it's sort of in the thinking stages right now, so nothing is in actual writing.
-laughs-
But then nothing ever goes into actual writing with me until I have Chapter One typed at the top of the page. With school starting back up next week, I'll have more time to write on my days off since my brothers will be back to the grind and out of my hair.

YAY! I'm almost done with my new chapter of Take Cover. Well, not almost. I still have to introduce this really cool charry that is a huge part of the plot. But besides that...
YAY!

I am at the point where I go to work, am bored for 8 hours and 15 minutes, come home, cook, clean, write maybe for an hour and collapse into bed. Can't believe I'm saying it, but I'm ready to go back to school!
I am the kind of writer with a wandering muse who exhibits impulse control problems. Thus the 18 fan fics on my profile. Note that several of them are one shots, but hey. I am so wiped lately updating is not an option. I have been bad and writing like mad on The Shift, but everything else has been just 'Meh'. Like I said, school is the time for updates! I do have a few close to ready to pass onto my wonderful Beta. I write a lot more with a beta.
Anyways, bed. I have to get up five minutes early. *Groans* See, no time for anything... But the weekend is coming! . Anyone else find they get a lot more done on the weekends?

Well, OTVOT is pretty good, all though I'm having trouble getting the 4th chapter up because I've been babysitting my little brother. My other uncompleted fic is on hiatus. And I'm writing an original novel that was actually inspired by The Outsiders but is not like it at all. Well, not writing, but planning. I write when I can.

When I'm right in the middle of something where I can't get to a paper and pen or computer is the moment inspiration will hit. It never fails. ALWAYS!!!

You know, I usually think of the best stuff as I lay down to go to bed and think 'I'll write it in the morning' and then morning comes and *poof* the idea is gone. I hate that because I remember it was GOOD. Stupid sleep. I could get a lot more done without it.

I was driving the other day and ended up steering with my wrists so I could write out a line on the back of a pack of gum. Needless to say, it's a good thing I was in my easy to drive car instead of my mucked up truck.
Note: I do not endorse driving and writing at the same time unless you learned to drive on 17th Ave and Deerfoot, under aged and unlicensed from a drunk friend of your brother. It's kinda easy when you look at it that way, but still. Drive safe - there are enough idiots on the road and I follow 90% of them to work every morning.

Tens - it's almost inevitable that I get hit with inspiration while I'm driving! SO rather than endanger the people around me who I'm sure are kind and goodhearted and don't deserve to be damaged , I record voice notes into my phone and write at a later time. However, it's a good screening process too. It seems that my inspiration is not always so inspirational. Ick.

I usually go with the repeat-it-over-and-over-in-my-head plan until I can write it down. I could just see me if I got pulled over - cop: Do you have any idea how fast you were going? me: "I've never been as strong as Nathan, but he says it's the other way around." cop: Uh...
