You know, the style up here is for the guys to wear baggy jeans, unless they're cowboys and you get the well fitting jeans.
Thus another reason why I'm in love with Cowboys

Yeah, I haven't the first clue about that stuff, either.... But yeah, Matt's jeans....OH BOY!!! Those legs in those jeans with those boots.....Hmm.....maybe that's why that's always been my favorite look on a guy....subliminally Matt!

If he wasn't talented, the jeans would only be mildly interesting. It's love-worthy because above those legs are abs and shoulders and arms and a face and um...
Right, and a brain that knows good acting.

How great was he in You, Me and Dupree? The skateboarding was the best!!!! LMAO just thinking about it!!!!
I think he has the best facial expressions. The eyebrow thing he does. HA! Love it!
And he HAS gotten more beautiful the older he's gotten....not many men can say THAT!

Oh see, I heard alot of people disliked the movie before I saw it but I have to say, I thought it was frikkin hilarious! 'He's in there starching my socks!' 'Oh no you just wrecked my little Duprees!' I just found it fun. And hey, how about that 'love' scene when Dupree comes barging in to use the bathroom?! Do ya think Matt's really THAT endowed?! I shudder to think!!! Is it obvious that I've seen it a few times already?

Matt was the only thing worth watching in the trainwreck that was YM&D. I don't think that the acting was bad at all - it was the writers who decided they were doing a completely different movie with different characters half-way through. THANK YOU! That's exactly what it felt like. It could have been a decent movie if the writers had decided what the movie was about to begin with. Well, maybe I stretch the term "decent" but it did have it's funny moments. Owen Wilson's great as a funny man, too, but he's seen better scripts. I just re-watched "There's Something About Mary" on TV - I'm always impressed how slimey and weasely he managed to make himself in that, lol.

I'm going to have to pay more attention to what you guys are saying next time it's on. I just loved it for the hilarity and of course, Matt. He was too cute on the skateboard....he really was!

One of the funniest things about that movie was the "fake" trailer they had on the DVD extras. It made it seem like the movie was a thriller in which Matt was the bad guy. I had to watch it about ten times before I returned the DVD to the rental store because it was so hilarious!

It's the eyes... It's all about the eyes! I actually think the "fake" movie would have been more entertaining than the actual movie...

LMAO!!! That was hilarious!!! It's really hard to take that seriously, though, once you've seen the real movie but still! I stand by my liking it.

Note: I decided that I like Keira and Tens' ideas of writing in a color because i always know it's them, so I decided to too.
Name: Laura Location: PA Age: 21
Nickname: (ahem, don't laugh) the Loracle Favorite Food: corn nuggets? I don't actually know. Bad Habit: i bite my nails, curse religiously (is that possible?), and smoke socially. Favorite Animal: otters and red pandas. Pet Peeves: well, i'm kind of OCD so there's a lot. When silverware isn't straight on a napkin, when people leave windows open (and not minimized) on a computer screen, rap music, most of the shows on MTV, dripping faucets, tags out on shirts, numerous grammar faux pas, oh gosh, I could go all day. Favorite Place: lakes, streams, waterfalls, and the like - Any place with trees and water that's not salty. Place you want to visit: Ireland, Morocco, Alaska, Iceland, Scotland, The Caribbean, and SOOOOO many more. Favorite Sport: I don't do that. Favorite Band/Singer: way too many to list here, but I'll say my favorite genre is indie. You've probably never heard of my favorite bands. Favorite Song: At this very moment (subject to change in .083 seconds), "Breathe Me" by Sia Favorite TV show: Um, I love Reba and Will & Grace Favorite Book (not the Outsiders): anything by Nora Roberts
Since we're all Outsiders fans....
Favorite Character: Soda - I'm almost like a teenie ficcer about it. Favorite Character to write about: Um, I think Soda's the easiest for me to write because I can sort of hear how he'd talk in my head, but I like to write the development in both Pony and Darry and I like Dallas' hot-headedness Least favorite Character (why?): Marcia and Johnny. Marcia has no point, in my mind, and Johnny is waaaaaaay too hard to examine.
I read the book in 1999 and I was 13 years old. How have my impressions changed since I first read it? I think when I first read The Outsiders, it was just a story. Now, not only is it a bit of an obsession, but I also like to examine the hearts, minds, and motives of the characters who stole my heart all those years ago.
What can I say, I'm an OCD Psych/English Major with a penchant and limited education in Photography. How could I not write and enjoy Outsiders fanfiction?
