I know it's been awhile since anyone posted on this thing, but oh well... My ff.net name is soda-me, like my name on here used to be sodame8, but I changed it, lol, 'cause I didn't like it. It really has no meaning...

My name of ff.net and here (obviously) is EmilineHarris. A friend from college decided to call me that one day (my real name is Emily) and it sort of stuck as my internet persona. On LiveJournal, Emiline was taken so I ended up with fall_from_eden. I'm not too crazy about it, but I can't think of anything better!

I'm st.elmo-lover everywhere. Well almost everywhere. On fanfiction and fictionpress I am. But some know me by mingus03 on a few writing sites. I got my name from the movie St.Elmo's Fire. I LOVE that movie so much. The Brat Pack is the BOMB.

Okay, now I am GreaserFreak13 on ff.net. I changed kt last night at 11:20 after thinking it up at my aunts and uncles house. It does have a meaning, though. I seriously LOVE The Outsiders and the greasers are my favorite characters.

Mine is the same here as it is there, Haligh. There's this song called "Haligh, Haligh, A Lie, Haligh". It's by Bright Eyes, and it was one of the first songs I ever heard by them. I loved the song, and when I made my FF.net account(or, rather, renamed it) I was on a Bright Eyes high. I have different screen names everywhere else, though. FF.net and here are the only places I use Haligh... I'm usually RevMEATZ, Rev, PayingInNaivety666... I like having a ton of screen names, but it can get confusing.

I'm the same both here and at ffnet. My last name starts with "Zicke" and so when I was a kid, my best friend's mom called me the "zickachick". My mom was the zickawoman. My dad was the zickaman. My brother was the zickaboy. But zickachick is the only one that stuck. I"m not sure why the "c" got dropped.
Liz - I <3 State College - my good friend lived in Lion's Gate for a while. He said there was a lot of noise but that the rent was cheap, so it was a wash. What's your masters in?
Maxiekat - I'm from near philadelphia too - about 35 miles pretty much due north. You said you own a bookstore. Where is it located? I'd love to stop by if it's close!

We lived in a one-bedroom the first three years, so it was quiet, but the two-bedroom was louder (specifically the guys upstairs from us). It seemed like the whole place kind of went downhill after we left. Coincidence? I think not. Haha, just kidding! ;D My masters is in Environmental Pollution Control. Now I need to know where you live in PA (not that I'm stalking you or anything, heh heh). I grew up in Burlington County, NJ, roughly across the Delaware River from Bristol, PA - as in, if you drive across the PA Turnpike Bridge into NJ, it dumps you right off in the town I'm from.

I'm from a suburb called Harleysville, about 35 miles due north of Phila. It's an itty bitty town, close to several larger ones - Quakertown, Souderton, Collegeville. They pretty much make a triangle around me.
Haha, everytime I see a post about the bookstore, I'm like - I should go. We should go to maxiekat's store on a saturday afternoon or something and have lunch and talk like the slightly over-interested Outsiders fans that we are.

I manage the Borders Express that is in the Exton Square Mall. It's on Route 100 near Route 30, kinda near West Chester (I'm great at directions, in case you can't tell, lol) and I live outside of Valley Forge. It would be awesome if you guys could come and visit. I'm there almost every Saturday and there's a Houlihans in the mall we could have lunch at. We could have a mini Outsiders convention .

I'm about 40 minutes from the Exton Square Mall! That's not far at all. I'm so glad there's someone else close by who's as fanatic as I am. lol. So, Liz, are you up for a Saturday afternoon? I'm voting yes on the Houlihan's, too. it's one of my favorites.

Oh my gosh, I would love to meet. However, I'm up in New York now, and I have no idea when I'll be down visiting next. My two older kids just started school, and it takes 4.5-5 hours to get to my parents' place, so we're limited to visiting on holidays or extended weekends (or over the summer).
Exton is about an hour from my parents. The most likely times I would be able to get there are the Saturday after Thanksgiving (nobody shops then anyway, right? ;D) and the Saturday after Christmas, as those are both times when, if we do go to NJ, we would be there earlier in the week. Man, I can't even tell you how many times we passed by there when we were living in State College. We either took the turnpike to south Jersey, or Rt. 78 to north Jersey.
Wow, that was a mouthful. Short version - don't wait for me, but I will definitely let you know next time I'm down that way.

Well, the Saturday after Thanksgiving would definitely be a tough time for me (I can barely move from the register on those days), but any other time would be fine, including the Saturday after Xmas. By that time, I'm ready to escape, lol.
Zickachick - any time you're up for a visit just let me know. It would be fun and the mall is really nice with a good mix of shops (and my store, of course, totally rocks!).

Aw, that sounds like it's going to be so much fun. I envy you girls, lol. :p
But I just met two of my online friends this summer at Beatlefest and I know it's a LOT of fun, and then some. ^_^
You should have like, an Outsiders party. I don't know how you would do that, but ... it would be cool, lol.
