Wow, those are some pretty big plans!
Currently, I'm back from having my summertime dentist appointment, and I really can't feel my mouth, which sucks because there's a Coke in the fridge with my name on it! D: Two more hours...
I'm not getting a job at all. I think my dad's mad at me for it, but what are you gonna do. But my sister, who's been in Alberta since January, is coming home in a few days! I'm really excited for that.
After Canada Day, I have no real plans. I think there might be a family reunion. So, you never know. I think next summer will be a bit more of a thrill.

Oh, that Beatles tribute thing ... they're not called Liverpool: The Ultimate Beatles Experience. Apparently that's another band. They're just called Liverpool, lol.
They didn't dress up. I was kind of upset, but it didn't matter because they were amazing. I recorded them doing "Day Tripper" and "Strawberry Fields" ... it sounded so great. You can't really see them from where we were though, but the sound was pretty good. I'll probably post them on YouTube one of these days.
Ew, I hate dentist's appointments. You're lucky you have Coke -- we have none. I'm not buying it anymore because I'm trying to lose weight and Coke does not help that, lol. D:
However I did steal a couple from my grandpa's house yesterday afternoon. That was rather refreshing. :p

In that case, drink Coke Zero. It's ten times better than diet Coke, and it really tastes good. Believe me, I can't go two days without one.
You know who would be terrific in a concert? Pink Floyd. I wish I was alive twenty years ago just to see The Wall live. My step-dad did, so I'm extremely jealous.
I think I'll make it a summer goal to see a concert. But only bands that suck come to NB, Canada. Hmm...we'll see.

I've tried Coke zero, I think. I didn't really like it. I'd probably have to develop a taste for it, though. I thought we had some here, but I don't know. I'll check ...
Ohh, Pink Floyd would be awesome. I'm not even that big a fan -- I only like about three songs, lol -- but that would be really neat. My friend Nora just saw Roger Waters in concert not too long ago; she said it was really awesome.
I saw Paul McCartney in 2005. Now as a longtime Beatles fan, *that* was the event of a lifetime, I can honestly say. I'd love to see him live again. ^-^

You know who would have been great? Nirvana. Too bad Cobain is too much of a drama queen; then again, he WAS married to Courtney Love and all...
Anyways, this is way off-topic.
Another thing I'm doing this summer is trashing every store in town to look for a movie called Waxworks for my sister, because her birthday is next month, the day after my dad's birthday. I forgot to mention that.
Basic daily routine: write and read. Who could ask for more?

Ooh, my brother is like the biggest Nirvana fan you'll ever meet, lol. I think he'd give anything to see them in concert, if he could.
I'd love to see The Who in concert. I wonder if they still smash their instruments on the stage. :p
Hm, I've never heard of that movie.
Ha, that's pretty much my routine, too, along with watching M*A*S*H and listening to music and going to work ... heh. :)

I'd see them. My brother kinda turned me on to them, and I like them enough, so I'd probably go. But I'd be a little weirded out by all the pot-smoking and shootin' up, lol.
I kind of really want to see The Who sometime, actually. If they tour again, they'd better come to Chicago ... :p

Oh, and I can't wait to read the book. I'm looking forward to it with a mixture of excitement and dread. I'm a little worried about the outcome, lol. I just found out that I'm expected to drive early morning - for several hours (4 1/2 if you're getting technical) - the day the seventh book comes out. I am so sad about this, you have no idea. Sure, my brother will be driving my car for me (he has yet to find that out, but he has no choice now, lol) so I can read and cry and enjoy the book - or try to anyway. I usually shut myself up in my room and read it all the way through and have a good cry over the different deaths - man, I just don't want to be made fun of. Lol. But it's inevitable. I'm mostly just sad I won't get to properly enjoy the ending of my favorite series.
*Deep dramatic sigh*

My uncle was in a band with several members of Nirvana (long before they became Nirvana). He left the band to get married and have a "normal, quiet" life, and quite a few years later they formed the imfamous band. I knew this all my life, but it wasn't until I was about 14 and really discovered who Nirvana was that I was so sure I just about hated my uncle. Lol. Not really, of course - but good grief man... Imagine the connections that could get a girl!

Whenever a new book comes out I go crazy, go to the midnight party of course, lol, buy the book, and then start reading the series from the beginning. I think this started because my sister wanted to read the new book first, and being the better whiner of us two, she won pretty quick. But, I like it because it draws out each book experience, lol. And, of course, pisses off all my friends who are disallowed from talking about it in front of me until I've read it a month later.

Off books and back to music (although I do need to get some new reading material soon)....I just ordered my Velvet Revolver/Alice in Chains tickets and got good ones, too! Woohooo!!! I've heard even without Layne, AIC puts on one hell of a show and VR is just the best of both Guns and Roses and Stone Temple Pilots! My life revolves around music....man I love summer!!! ;D

I would go absolute MAD if I had to reread the whole series as soon as I got the book. No, I make someone else drive me too and from so I can read it as soon as it's in my hands. I'm rereading the series right now - half way through PoA. Need to finish it quick.... Only have about a couple few thousand pages after it to read, lol.
That sounds like it'll be a way good concert, fosterchild! I want to go to the Linkin Park/My Chemical Romance/etc tour this summer, but the closest place to me they'll be coming is Pheonix (I think) and that's way too far away. I'd either have to fly or drive allllll day to get there and then spend the night (both the night before and the night after). I want to go SO badly though, I can almost taste it. Which is odd, because there is no taste associated with either band.
