Where the heck is Brumly?!

I've been thinking of it as a suburb of Tulsa, probably in the north, but I don't know where I got this notion, and I can't seem to find it in real life. Did she make it up? Does it no longer exist? Am I map-stupid?? Duck.

This isn't desperately important, but writing stuff about Tim Shepard and his gang, you invariably come across other gangs and Brumly is mentioned in the book. (Incidentally, writing stuff about gangs is really, really hard when you know nothing about it. For me, at least. It may account for my irritable-ness in this post. Sorry.)

As for the question of Brumly, I never even thought of the suburb thing since I'm blonde that way. I had some fun with that. Brumly is a guy in my head. Sean Brumly. And he swears like a sailor on shore leave....
