I only reply when they have a question or when they need help (for example, i had one girl who needed help loading her documents onto the site). Other than that, i don't bother. Honestly, i don't have the time to reply to all of them.

i don't have the time to reply to all of them. ---
You have a better excuse than me.
Back when I wrote often, I didn't reply. It just seemed overwhelming and stupid to reply to every review saying 'Thanks for the review, update coming soon!' or something of the sort. If someone asked a question that didn't spoil the story later on, I'd reply and answer the question, or for people who helped me (someone told me the difference between your and you're!).
Nowadays I still get the odd review and I usually reply to them because it's more for enjoyment than for a chore. I appreciate their reviews more now that they don't come in floods, and I want them to know that I haven't forgotten about my stories and am glad they enjoy them.

I reply to just about every review I get. I only get about four for each piece I write anyway. I usually send a simple thank you. Or, if it was well thought out and pleasant I will send an extra bit of thank you in there. If it's something like I screwed up on grammar I will tell them I will or have already fixed what ever they said then a thank you.

If someone really takes the time to review and give input, I will reply with the same enthusiasm. If they don't, I don't reply. Replying isn't something I really do. If I have replied to one of your reviews, I have gone out of my way to do so. Sometimes I ask for input in an author's note if I am unbelievably stuck, and whoever takes the time to give me an idea, I thank them. But, that's pretty much it. Sometimes if I am being seriously lazy, I reply in an author's note.

I try to reply to them all since I really do appreciate it when people take the time to give me a review. The only reviews I don't reply to are ones like "UPDATE!", but occasionally I still do reply to those. If there's concrit in the review, I like to thank the author especially for giving me concrit and then I explain how I plan to employ what they said in my future writing.

I actually never really reply to reviews, except in the beginning. It's usually me reviewing someone else and then, they reply.
