I was trying to figure out how on earth this would happen. I could barely see the Outsiders boys in 2010 let alone modern metropolitan Hong Kong! But then in the shower (yeah, yeah...) a very interesting idea came to me. Hong Kong was a very common place for Rest and Relaxation for the army (3 months R&R), and it was also a common choice for Vietnamese refugees. So I got two choices/ideas. Well, we'll see 8)
