Steve's cousin.

There aren't many Steve fics out there and he's one of my favourite characters so I figured he deserved his own thread .

All we're given is that his cousin is female and where she lives. Why do writers swap the cousin for a sister? I like Steve sister fics (probably cos I wrote one) but I dont understand the need to change cannon.

Anyway, whats Steve's cousin like for you? How does she fit in with Steve's friends? What does she make of Dallas? Are she and Steve close?

I'll have to think about this one. She was always in the far edges of my vision as a typical lower-middle-class girl, but I never got beyond that.

Giving Steve a sister doesn't change cannon though.

Missmouse: No it doesn't what I was meaning though was getting rid of his cannon cousin and replacing her with a OC sister.
