Wow, I meant to post this last week, but that's life, eh?
Did anyone watch Supernatural last week? Well, if you didn't, you may want to catch the episode "After School Special" sometime just to see what I did.
Just when I thought the show couldn't get any more awesome, they do a high school episode where Sam's class is reading none other than our favorite book! Big, bold letters on the chalk board went on about themes and semester paper ideas for it and I just laughed. I swear, my dad thinks I'm crazy-er now.
So, yeah. That was my big treat of the week. Have a good weekend, all!

Crazy. I love it when our favorite book appears nowadays in little ways. It always makes me happy.
And sorry, I don't watch Supernatural. But thanks for the tip; I'll keep an eye out for it.

Oh, juicy facts from Sammy who seems to know more about Supernatural and the Outsiders than I ever thought:
S.E. Hinton recently visited the set of Supernatural in Vancouver, Canada where many great shows get filmed. She apparently wrote to Eric Kripke - creator of the show - because she has an interest in the supernatural - as we all saw with Hawkes Harbor. He invited her up for a few days and she was on set with the boys.
Lucky woman - those boys are gorgeous - almost Bill worthy!
Anyways, since then there have been allusions to the book - I count 2 so far. Most recently the Angels and Demons fighting was akined to Soc and Greaser fights.
Awesome, eh? I'm enjoying watching just to see what else they throw in.
