I was bored tonight and started looking on Ebay for some possible Outsiders treasures when I came across this:

I think the last time I saw one of these on Ebay I bid on it, but definitely couldn't beat the ultimate bid. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but it went for a good chunk of my bi-month paychecks. I'll sure as heck be keeping an eye on it though!

The owner is even located in Tulsa, so... who knows who might be selling it

You know, it's a neat find, but I'm gonna pass. I'm not much of a nut when it comes to collecting original stuff, unless it is Louis L'amour's original printings because, man, those are so cool...

And yes, back to the thread... I've been wondering, you see that stuff up on sites all the time. Do you think the authors ever go on there and curse because they were only getting like $0.50 a book and this person is going to get $10.50 at least for it? I think that would be funny. So I have the master plan of hording a bunch of whatever makes me famous so I can sell it all later on e-bay or whatever is around at that point.

And that was my random thought.

Yeah, I just checked it this morning before coming over here and DAMN. That's much MUCH higher than the last one I saw went for. I think it went for $50-$60. But dang, lol. I'd thought about bidding just for the heck of it, but not anymore... think of what other things I could do with $100+... Though, an original would have been very cool.
