Wow there's so many different covers, now I see why people actually collect them. My favourite is Klett 2001. I want to get more covers too now!
Whats the opposite to a hoarder? If there is a word for it - that's what I am. I give away/sell everything I haven't used for more than about 5 minutes. I have a total of *quickly counts* 22 books on my shelf. I thought that was a lot actually, but obviously not lol.

Hmmm...my books? Okay, I can safely say my room is a royal mess. There are about three bins and two laundry baskets filled with books...just in my room. Then, in the bathroom. I have a big bathroom and a bin or two of books in there. Downstairs there are books all over, even on the steps. My mom is always telling me to sort through them but I never do!  |

Didn't anyone ever tell yall not to judge a book by it's cover? 
Honestly, I haven't really thought about it, but it's the book not the cover that counts. I can tell you that I dislike the purple and orange one and that's abuot as far as my sentiments go.

I like the Puffin 1997 one (color, not blue-filtered). Dallas looks perfect in that one, as do Ponyboy and Johnny.

i like the cover of the very first one that i read back in sixth grade...i have no clue which one it is, though...it was put out before 1999, that's about all i can say lol i'm trying to find it, but there's squillions of covers...i remember that the main part of the picture was a picture of ponyboy laying down in the train car with dally's coat on, and then above it was a sort of pic of the gang, but it was sorta vague...

I dunno, i gotta say that the 1993 cover is my favourite, the black with orange lettering. That's my copy that I first read.
