Has anyone else seen Crybaby? It's a comedy/musical and it's so funny. When I was 13 my best friend and I could literally quote that entire movie line for line. It's set in the 50's and is about the fight between the "Drapes" and "Squares" - who are like the soc's and the greasers.

Comedies and random kung-fu movies on the cantonese channel (same thing). Eighties brat packs as well (and all those Glenn snippets, lol). "The Mighty Ducks" were some of my fav movies when I was younger, and now "Mystery, Alaska" holds the hockey movie spot. Office Space, Lost in Translation, Princess Mononoke, the old Pride and Prejudice, the new Music Man, Heavyweights, Disney schtuffs, Strike, The Big Lebowski, etc... Who doesn't love movies?

Also, Bruce Campbell is terrific and I love to listen to his commentary on the Evil Dead DVDs. I also read his biography If Looks Could Kill. He has a really bizarre sense of humor. Ha! I love Bruce Campbell too... It's nice to see I'm not alone! His biography was hilarious (although I think it was If Chins Could Kill? I could be imagining that, though). He wrote a second book called Make Love! the Bruce Campbell Way which I have yet to pick up. Have you seen him in the "Old Spice" commercials? Anyway, back to topic, I have many, many movie favorites. Some include: Ghost Busters, Reservior Dogs, Labyrinth, Gremlins, The Wedding Singer, Evolution, The Prestige, Signs, The Taking of Pelham One Two Three, Little Miss Sunshine, Crash, and Batman Begins. Oh, and of course, I could watch The Outsiders over and over for the rest of my life... But that goes without saying.

My favorite movies? I'm so lame. "Princess Bride" and "Beauty and the Beast." For some reason, I didn't see this post before. "Beauty and the Beast" RULES. Best animation art ever.

Sadly, as a kid, I had a HUGE crush and totally idolized David Bowie because of that movie... and I was like, 4 or something when I first saw it?? I actually went to a little kids' art class and refused to be called by my real name (Emily). I insisted that my name was David. I even have the piece of "artwork" I did that day and it says "David Bowie" on that back because I wouldn't answer to anything else. I was a strange child...

Pride for a full aged porn star!
Sorry, my brother practically beamed any time Pam Anderson, Jenny McCarthy and a few others got mentioned on TV or made cameos etc.. It's kind of sad, but he has a lot of pride for those girls, especially Pam since she's Canadian
