After searching the basic places last night and today...NO STORES carry it!
Barnes and Noble.com has it though so I will be ordering it over the weekend after I put my check in the bank!

Hm... I've seen Red Dawn, Mighty Ducks, Young Guns and Young Guns II -which the first one scarred me a bit when Emilio stood up in the bath tub...-, and a couple other movies with the Outsiders guys in it. This is really sad, and I hate to admit it, but I've never actually seen any other Hinton movies other then The Outsiders and Tex because my Mom decided that I couldn't. -.- But, I have seen Crash! Me and my little brother we're staying with my Dad for a couple of days without our older sibblings and Mom, and we got bored real easily. So my Dad decided we could watch it with him. Matt was so great...
I want to see Distant Thunder so bad, how was it?
Oh, and to add a bit of nerdiness, has anyone else seen Tommy Howell in Gettysburg and Gods and Generals? I'm such a history nerd, I was actually watching those movies at first just because I'm I love with the Civil War, and then I was like 'Holy s*it, Tommy!'

My husband and I went to Gettysburg for a few days for our honeymoon fourteen years ago. He had wanted to go for years, and we had no money for anything exotic, plus it was on the way to our new home, so that's where we went. We actually ended up being there not long after the movie was released. I still can't figure out how they managed to conceal all of the monuments during the battle scenes. I mean, they are everywhere. I'm assuming they must have been edited out after filming.

Really? Lucky... My Dad is always begging to go to Gettysburg, 'cause he's a big history nerd too, so on his R&R this year we're going there. I'll be able to step on the same ground Tommy Howell did! -obsessive much?-

I'd like to go visit some of those historical sites back east. I've been as far east as Illinois/Mississippi/that round about area, and then New York City, and no where in between. In a couple of years, two of my brothes, a cousin, and I are all planning to take a road trip and go all over the states, but mainly on the east coast because none of us have spent any significant time there.

I've been to Gettysburg twice. And Antietam. My family are huge history buffs, haha. And the first time I saw the movie Gettysburg after seeing the movie version of The Outsiders, I couldn't believe it was the same actor who played Ponyboy, except older. It was a little weird...but cool.

Yeah, I couldn't tell at first because of his beard, mustache, side burn thingys. xD
My Dad is always over seas, so we never have time to go to historical sights. Except, we did go to a lot of French and Indian war sights when we were up in New York. -since about the whole war was fought there-
OT:
I wanna go to New York City too!
