I just reread this thread...so this is why Des came back in Midnight Confessions. Everybody seemed glad that Des came back.

Yup. I was surprised at the reaction I got when Desmond left in ROE, so Damien came up with a way I could bring him back in Midnight Confessions. But enjoy him while you can......Desmond Morgan will definitely NOT be back for another story.  -grins wickedly- But there will be a new OMC coming up in the next Fic that is a little on the psycho side like he is. |

I miss Des. I don't think I've ever liked an OC as much as I liked Desmond Morgan. I'm prolly having a harder time saying goodbye than your characters.

Don't say goodbye to Desmond too soon......he's been poking his annoying head into my life again lately. -hint- I believe he's plotting to make a comeback to the fiction scene, and is about to make an unexpected appearance in a new fic I'm working on that will pick up where Midnight Confessions left off. I've had a lot of requests to write the matrimony of Darry and Flame, and to carry on the story after Ponyboy's change, so there's a very good possibility that Mr. Morgan may climb his way out of my Recycle Bin sometime soon.  |

I've already got the first three chapters heading to Blaze to be beta'd, so it should be ready by the time I finish up Drifting Away.
-prepares to deal with Desmond again-
I may need some Valium by the time I get through working with his stubborn hinney, though.
