I think they probably had little shopping malls and strip malls then, but not the type of malls that we know now. :)

You know, I think that Two-Bit would fit in with almost any crowd. I could see him running into random people and BSing for a few hours before he actually went somewhere. What a nice, lazy life that would be... As for cruising for chicks, I wasn't quite an obsession for girls to hang out there religiously at that point in time. He'd have better luck at diners and social activities - like the rodeo, football games, other school events or even if they had a dance hall.
Personally, if I was his mother, I would kill him. Oh well.
