Yes, it is that time of year again where I shout out my best wishes to William Smith.
For those of you wondering who Bill is, my profile picture depicts him in 1967, I do believe. He played both the Store Clerk in The Outsiders and Officer Patterson in Rumble Fish among many other big and small screen roles during his 49 years on film.
Today Bill turns 74 and doesn't look a day over sixty! So Happy Birthday to my favorite Ranger.
