I agree with both of you on this one... I love reading about Dally. Dally and Johnny stories in particular are my favorite. I love that Dally has this other side to him that just wasn't visible until the end of the book and now it's really something that fanfiction writers can explore a little more deeply. When it's well written, the complexity of this character really draws you into the story.

I think everyone who knows me knows this by now, but anyway. I LOVE reading about the Shepards.
Since we didn't see much of them in the books, I always like to see everybodies take on them. This doesn't include those damn Shepard sister fics, UGG. It's a shame most stories have them sterotyped in a certian way. I'd like to see stories where Angela isn't portrayed as such a whiney b**** all the time.

I like reading about Steve mostly. I think I would be happy with anything that wasn't Johnny centric. They're sad stories and all they do is bring me down. Oh, and I skip the Sodapop romances. Gag me...
I really like the brother stories, but they aren't very popular. So I shrug a little and move on with life.
See ya in the funny papers!!!

I like reading about Two-Bit. There were some great fics about him and a few revolving around his sister that I followed for a while. They were fun. I look for fun when I'm reading.
When I'm in a mood for not-fun, I look for a Steve fic or a Darry fic. They seem more serious because that's just the characterizations.

I love love love reading Dally and/or Tim stories. They're such hard asses. It's nice to see people write other sides to them. Or just see what makes them tick. Why they are the way they are.
The only ones I really don't care to read are Socy or Cherry ones. I didn't find any of them to be symapthy evoking characters. No layers. Surface characters. But that's just my take.

I love Steve stories. There aren't enough out there about him, or that involve him, and except for a couple, most of the ones that do are kinda sucky.
He is my favorite character, and I'll read just about anything about him. Plus he is way too neglected, I think everyone can agree to that. And I think he's a very interesting character, very dynamic -- there's a lot about him that we don't know and it's always fun to explore that a little more. (Within reason, of course, but that would be directed more to the fangirls ... although Steve doesn't really have fangirls, does he? Poor Steve.)
Anyway, I definitely think he deserves more stories. He's going to be in my new one, later on ... :)

He really is misunderstood. That's why I love him so much. And he does need love. (Oh, I'm glad he has some fangirls, though few. God knows he deserves them!)
I actually think he's quite awesome. And unfortunately so many people fail to see that. D:

Steve is also really fun to write. There's so much to work with. :]
Hm, I read almost anything, except Johnny. He's my favorite character and I don't like to read other people's views on him. I'm narrow minded, lol. : )
The only story about Socs that I've read is Bleeding Autumn and I really liked it. I forget who writes it, but it hasn't been updated in a while...but yeah, that's a really good one. Otherwise, I don't usually look at the Soc ones. Though I was thinking about writing one...
