Happy 4th of July all you Americans! Hope all your BBQs, parade watching, fireworks, and all other forms of entertainment are a blast!

Just spent the entire night partying myself, which totally rocked! The coppers were all out picking up all the minors and taking them to juvi if they didn't have their parents with them, which was a first. For those of you who have no idea (which will be most), the night of the 3rd-4th is like a sober Mardi Gras in Provo, Utah. We host the largest 4th of July parade and though the parade is utterly boring, we can't resist a chance to party all night, lol.

Won't be on all day. I'll either be sleeping, barbequing, or some other fun thing. Man am I wired. Lol.

Oh, and PS - Happy late birthday to Tom Cruise yesterday! He turned the big 45. My brother John and I were having a debate on Sunday as to how old he was. We made a bet in which I said he was between the ages of 40-44, and he said 45+. Needless to say, I won by three days

Happy 4th everybody! Our town does a parade and fireworks on Flag Day (last month), so there's nothing going on locally. Rich just left to take the boys mountain biking because Jack's new bike came yesterday, and beyond that we're just hanging out and probably at least eating outside.

That sounds like they'll have a lot of fun, Liz! Just got back from the parade myself and I'm going to crash any second now. I was reading a little bit of HP during the parade (I've always found the parade boring - it's the night before that makes it all worth it) and I kept nearly falling asleep. Time to take a quick nap before we go do ... whatever. Lol.

Happy Fourth of July!

Today is my grandpa's birthday, too. He's eighty years old. We went to a party at my brother's friend Chet's house, and his dad held some of it in honor of my grandpa. :)

Happy 4th, even though I'm late by 4 days.

I saw a parade...of fire trucks and then I went to a party thingie at the firehouse my dad and 17-year-old brotehr volunteer at. My dad did fire truck rides and my brother did the games. then I watched fireworks...on TV. I watched Boston's fireworks and Philly's fireworks.
