Wow, this is an unfair thread... Targeting your favorite writers! Not very nice. *tut-tuts* There's going to be this whole mob mentality thing going on where they all end up being threatened with spending an entire figurative afternoon shopping with Cherry for greeting cards to give to Dallas.

But now that you mention it... Actually, I haven't been around in so long that I can't think of any. *shakes head sadly* For shame, I know.

Back Home Again I agree with. And Running On Empty.

And Ted? Yeah, he rocks. In fact, he is so awesome that Queen Jane and I put this in the profile of a joint account we created:

Have you met Ted Shepard? He's the long lost twin brother of Tim Shepard, born of a bad typo and thus brought into the world of fanfiction. He's the next sensation that's sweeping the nation (two nations, actually -- he happens to be British). He's taking over not only the Outsiders fandom, but the entire website, as well. He may as well be called the patron saint of fanfiction. He will go down in history.

So, if you haven't had the opportunity, and because this story needs to be advertised, read MisoSoop's The Good Shepard, and become forever enlightened. Trust us, you won't look at spring cleaning the same way again!

Ha, I love that. See, because more people need to be exposed to the awesomeness that is Ted.

As for the ones I wish were updated, I pretty much agree with everything that's already been posted here. I think Torn Apart should be updated, definitely -- such a cool twist to that one. I love it. And everything by IAmOnlyMe, as well. Her stories are terrific.

There goes Tens trying to make me feel guilty. Why is it that it usually works? Good feeling to know someone's actually anxious for it. After so long without updating things, you know people lose interest, or at least you think they do. Now if only I could remember where that story was headed... Ah, yes. Lol, jk. It's nearly there. It was merely harder to write the ending than I thought it would be.

Against the Fates... Yeah, it'll be finished. It WILL. Even if the ending is two years in the making.

Oo, I'm feeling very loved. That was definitely the pickup I needed tonight.

And now I'm going to likely spend the rest of the week working on those stories.

Oh, and as far as mine, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Between, which someone else mentioned. I don't remember the author, but good story. Excellent story. I know there's a ton more I'd like to see updated, though.

NittanyLizard's rewrite of Ten Years Later; Sculpting Souls. The Ten Years Later fic was easily one of my favorites in The Outsiders fandom, and I nearly poo'd kittens when I found out she was doing a rewrite... I need more!!
