Since the Olympics are going on,it suddenly came on my mind what if a fanfic were written about Ponyboy's participation in the Olympics?We know he's a trackstar.An excellent runner.Would he add to the gold count of the US?I wanna know your opinions:)

That's really original. With some research, I think it could make for an interesting story. Assuming the book is set in the fall of 1966, you could either have Ponyboy in the 1968 Olympics at age 16, or the 1972 Olympics at age 20. As for whether he would take home any golds, I guess we'd have to read the story to find out  . |
